We are committed to provide excellent service and care, and we value feedback from patients. Please pass on any comments you may have to a staff member. You do not need to wait until you are discharged to raise concerns if you feel dissatisfied with our service.
Receiving feedback from patients is an opportunity to improve our service and can alert the team to problems that may not previously have been identified. If you raise issues and are not satisfied with the response you receive, or you wish to provide your concerns in writing, please address your correspondence to the General Manager who can:
- Discuss a problem with you confidentially.
- Help with any concerns you may have about the care you receive.
- Give you more information about your rights as a patient.
We may ask you to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey after you have been discharged. We would appreciate you completing the survey and returning it to us so we can understand and measure the service we provide against your expectations.
