Emma Ladley wins Emerging Leader Award

Emma leads our Orthopaedics team—one of Forté Health’s largest and busiest specialty areas—and is known for keeping people informed, supporting their development and turning evidence into practical improvements.

Her achievements include helping introduce Forté Health’s first graduate nurse programme and co-designing the Operative Readiness Briefing to strengthen multidisciplinary communication, patient safety and efficiency in theatre. 

Alongside her work at Forté Health, Emma has completed a Master’s in Health Practice, contributed published research and served as Chair of the Perioperative Nurses College.

This award is a wonderful acknowledgement of the positive impact she is already making for her colleagues, patients and the wider profession. Congratulations, Emma!
